Through a candle lit gentle flow practice, partner yoga (this can be anyone who likes to move and laugh – your older child, bestie, coworker, or partner), meditation, work shopping and setting intention through blessing cords, together we will honor the darkness and join in celebration of the sun’s return by bringing in the light to ourselves and each other.

Here's what's included:
– Gentle Flow Yoga to get our bodies and minds ready.
– Partner Yoga…because it’s the best and so much fun!
– Meditation to practice love to ourselves and each other.
– Workshopping to reflect on the year you’ve had and set intentions for the year ahead.
– Activating your blessing cord with what your intentions of what is most important to you.

Investment: $50/per person

Do I have to be a "yogi" to participate?
No, this is an all levels type of practice and there will be many variations offered to suit everyone's need.

Do I need a partner for the partner yoga?
No, there will likely be other people coming without partners and you can partner with them - or me! And your "partner" does NOT have to be your life partner. Your older kid, bestie, coworker, or anyone else you like spending time with is a great choice!

Do I need any kind of experience to enjoy this?
Nope, just come as you are. If you can get up and down off the floor pretty easily, you can do this.
