First up is Sept. 12 - The Wonderful Wizard of Oz by Frank L. Baum at 2pm in the gallery. 
AND -- thanks to Visit Aberdeen, we have 20 copies of The Wonderful Wizard of Oz to give away! 
Simply stop by the Empire to grab a copy (between 11-5 pm, M-F, or Sat. from 10-2).  Read the book and join us on Sept. 12.  

We will follow this discussion with book discussions of 
Stephen King's Misery - Nov. 1st, lead by Ryan King
A Christmas Carol - Nov. 22
Pride & Prejudice - Jan. 24

The Grand Forks Public Library is also hosting book groups related to our season selections.  Check them out, as well! 

And keep an eye out for the screenings of films based on these books -- all at the historic Empire Arts Center this season!
