We are thrilled to have Khyla D. Craine with us as our special speaker for the night, who will walk us through what's happening right now at the local and state level, the current bills the Junior League of Flint is supporting, and how members can effectively and confidently engage with elected officials. 

Khyla will also prepare us for the upcoming Junior League Day at the Capitol Event by offering practical guidance on how to share our voice, tell our story, and advocate for the issues that matter most to our community. 







Meet our speaker Khyla D. Craine; Khyla D. Craine is the Chief Legal Director for the Michigan Department of State where she guides the Secretary on legal and policy matters while managing the Department's legal, investigative, and administrative hearings teams; and advising on policy, strategic planning, fiscal management. Khyla also serves as the Chair of the Junior League of Michigan State Public Affairs Committee.
