Portions of the class include Moon themed standing Yoga (lite, all levels, all bodies-no mat needed). Dress comfortably. Consider seasonal conditions (winter boots, bug spray, warm/cool drinks). Bring a mat or cushion -if you want. We will be comfortably seated (usually with bench or table accommodations, but generally on the ground) during the sound-healing & singing bowl meditation (up to 20 minutes).
