The festival encourages filmmakers who have produced documentary, narrative or experimental films that engage human rights related topics or themes to submit their work to the festival.\n\nThe North Dakota Human Rights Arts Festival will be exhibited November 13, 2017 through January 4, 2018 at the Spirit Room in Fargo, North Dakota.
