🚣‍♂️ Tame Wellness Lake Days – Kayaking & Paddleboarding! 🌊
Join us for a fun and relaxing day on the water with Tame Wellness! Whether you’re a beginner or experienced, our sober lake days are all about community, adventure, and mental wellness.

📅 Dates: 6/25 and 9/3
📍 Meeting time is 9am at Rocky Mountain Roastery in Fraser
🚣‍♀️ Kayaks & paddleboards provided (must reserve equipment beforehand) – just bring yourself, sunscreen, water, and snacks! - we have life jackets and we will buy lunch!
