🧙‍♀️ WHAT TO EXPECT
FRIDAY — Arrival & Opening Night
Campus opens at 1:00 p.m.
-Orientation + optional Intro to LARP workshop
-Mastery Track + club meetings
-1st-year Sorting Ceremony into Qlantis, Sakurai, Zarraqa, or Wyverno
-Opening Night Social with brews, treats, music, and games
SATURDAY & SUNDAY — Classes, Quests, & Mischief
Start with breakfast and the school's newsletter, The Daily Poppet, then don your robes and head to class.
Students follow a full schedule of magical courses taught by expert professors in subjects inspired by real, mythical, and fantastical traditions, including:
-Charms
-Dark Arts
-Divinations
-History of Magic
-Herbology
-Magilinguistics
-Magizoology
-Potions
-Theory of Magic
-Wandlore
Between classes, you can:
-Join a club
-Train for the Quadball tournament
-Assist professors with quests & mischief-management
-Relax in the Student Lounge
-Enjoy evening campfires, parties, and games
Sunday night: A grand Closing Feast where Headmaister Maiko awards the Worthwich House Cup based on House points earned through participation, teamwork, and a little bit of magical cleverness.
🍽️ ALL-INCLUSIVE EXPERIENCE
Your tuition covers everything:
-3 nights on-site lodging (Friday–Sunday)
-7 all-you-can-eat feasts + drinks + trolley treats
-Your wand + all class materials
-Full schedule of classes, quests, and activities
-Onsite parking
-Airport transportation available for $50
Tickets are transferable but non-refundable. Valid for the 2026 semester only.
🛏️ LODGING
Students stay in co-ed House lodges with heat/AC, attached bathrooms, and private showers. Groups can request to be sorted together.
🍲 FEASTS & DIETARY OPTIONS
Choose from: meat-eater, vegan, lactose-free, or gluten-free.
Coffee, tea, juice, and soda available throughout the day.
đź•’ SCHEDULE FLEXIBILITY
Arrive when you can on Friday—major programming happens Saturday & Sunday.
Sunday lodging is included for those who wish to stay after the feast.

Perfect. Many of our students come alone and leave with a House full of friends for life. You attend classes, meals, and evening activities with your House—community is built in. Join our Discord to connect before and after the retreat.
