Join us Thursday, January 22nd at 6:30pm for our annual Region 8 Poetry Out Loud Competition, hosted at the Floyd L. Sandle Theater at Grambling State University.

High school students from across all twelve parishes of Northeast Louisiana will take the stage to bring poetry to life through powerful recitation and performance. Winners will take home cash prizes, advancing to the Louisiana State Finals and potentially the National Competition in Washington, D.C.

This event is free and open to the public - come support young voices, creativity, and the arts in our region!
