Meditation Sound bath

Join us for an evening of guided meditation while being bathed in the healing vibrations of Tibetan singing bowls, crystal singing bowls, gong and other instruments that will deepen your meditation practice. Please bring 2 pillows and a light throw blanket for your comfort as we will be laying on the floor, yoga mats will be provided. A few seated spots are also available if sitting is preferred.
