This workshop isn’t about fixing you.

It’s about finally understanding your nervous system
and learning how to support yourself in a way that actually works.

In this 2-hour session, we’ll gently explore:
– what’s been going on beneath the surface
– why you react the way you do in certain moments
– simple, practical ways to regulate your body (that you can actually use in real life)

This is a small, supportive space.
You’re not expected to share anything personal, and you can take everything at your own pace.

It’s not overwhelming, and it’s not complicated.
Just clear understanding and simple tools you can take with you.
