The Arts Mill Studio Co-op is calling for small paintings to be sold at our Open Studios event on November 14, 2025.
The Open Studios event has had remarkable patronage in the past and we anticipate the same at this upcoming Open Studios.
DATES TO REMEMBER: -
Drop Off Dates: October 21 - 26, 2025 (Tuesday - Saturday)
Exhibit Opens: November 1 - Artist’s Reception: November 14 (During Open Studios) - Show Closes: January 6, 2026
Pick up unsold art: January 6-10, 2026
Commission payment on sold pieces will be paid by February 1, 2026 REQUIREMENTS
Work must be artist’s original concept and execution. No prints.
Finished pieces up to 6 inches in any direction including frame.
Artist may submit 1-5 pieces.
All work submitted must be for sale and priced $25 - $95.
Art must be labeled on the back with title of each piece, artist’s full name and price.
Art must be delivered in a small box with lid.
Artists name must be labeled on the front and on top of the box.
Include an inventory list with artist’s name, address and phone number.
The titles of the pieces AND corresponding prices.
Art works must be wired.
If unframed, edges must be finished.
NO saw tooth hangers.
SALES - Show is open to age 18 years old and up. This is a non-juried event - Commission : Artist - 60% Gallery - 40%.
The Check will be mailed from Bank Five Nine.
We welcome a wide range of expression, but artwork that is inappropriate for our audience, or are not properly labeled and wired, will not be displayed.
Although we use every precaution when displaying your artwork, we cannot be held accountable for any theft or damage of pieces left for the exhibit at The Arts Mill Studio Co-op.
Photography Release: By entering the show, you agree to give the sponsors permission to photograph your work to use in promotions during the exhibit.
