Give yourself the gift of deep rest and healing. This 90-minute experience takes place in a warmly lit, candlelit room inviting you to slow down and soften into stillness.
The session will begin with 30 minutes of gentle movement designed to release areas of the body that commonly hold stress and tension — the shoulders, neck, hips, and back. With mindful breath and simple stretches, your body will prepare to surrender into rest.
Attendees will gently transition into 60 minutes of restorative yoga, where they are supported by props in long-held, comfortable postures.
As you settle into this deep rest, Reiki Master Donna Cioffoletti will offer individualized Reiki encouraging energetic balance, renewal, and a profound sense of peace.
This candlelit practice is an invitation to restore body, mind, and spirit — leaving you grounded, spacious, and renewed.
All levels are welcome. No prior yoga experience is necessary.
