This Christmas Day, Mend & Make Do Crew is opening the doors for anyone who has no other plans and would love a warm, friendly place to connect. 

Our Orphans’ Christmas is a sober, family-friendly event filled with good food, companionship, and the simple joy of spending the day together.

We’ll be hosting a relaxed lunch from 11am to 2pm at 46 Through Street, South Grafton, and everyone is welcome — individuals, families, and anyone who would appreciate some company on Christmas Day.

To make the day special, we’re inviting our community to support the event.
If you’re able to help, we would gratefully accept:

• Food donations — plates, salads, sweets, fruit, or anything you’d love to share
• Christmas treats or small gifts
• Non-perishables we can offer as take-home bags
• Helpers on the day — setting up, serving, welcoming guests, cleaning up, or simply being present with kindness

Everything will go directly to creating a safe, welcoming space for people who might otherwise spend the day alone.
