- **Event Description**: The Eddie Miller Memorial Foundation (EMMF) is excited to invite you to the 11th annual EMMF Golf Outing on Saturday, August 2, 2025, at Mallard Creek Golf Course. Your generosity at the 2024 Golf Outing helped us tremendously in our mission to promote mental health awareness and suicide prevention. Through your donations, the EMMF donated a total of $20,000 last year to our partners at The American Foundation for Suicide Prevention (AFSP), Life Act, PROJECT Drew, and Cornerstone of Hope. 

Our partners provide financial assistance for mental health research, suicide awareness and prevention, mental health legislation, in-school programs for Ohio youth, counseling, support for veterans suffering from PTSD, and assistance to those grieving the loss of a loved one. Your continued support is truly amazing and thank you!!

Registration and Payments:
• Returning golfers may register starting on April 14, 2025. An e-mail and link will be sent to all former team captains.
• Open registration will begin on May 12, 2025.
• The cost of the outing is $125.00 per golfer if paid by July 31, 2025. $150.00 per golfer after July 31, 2025.
• If you have any questions, please contact any of the EMMF Board Members.

Thank you for your support and prayers over the past eleven years. While Eddie’s passing is still an exceedingly difficult journey, every single one of you are helping those in need and we are erasing the stigma of mental health issues and suicide.
