About the Author

Alex Preston is an award-winning author of five novels, including This Bleeding City, The Revelations, In Love and War and Winchelsea, as well as a book of non-fiction, As Kingfishers Catch Fire. He writes regularly for the New York Times, the Economist and Harper’s Bazaar. He reviews books for the Observer’s New Review, Financial Times and Spectator. Alex is co-founder of the Corfu Literary Festival and Patron of Oxford Literary Festival.

Tickets: £12 (Ticket only) £25 (to include a copy of A stranger in Corfu) all ticket holders will receive a glass of wine or soft drink on arrival

Refunds:
It is our general policy not to refund event tickets unless an event has sold out. In the case of sold out events where we have a waiting list for tickets, we will attempt to sell on your tickets at face value, if notified 7 days prior to the event. If sold, you will receive a refund for the ticket value. Alternatively, you can request to transfer your tickets to another event, making up any difference in ticket price.
