John & Yoko/Plastic Ono Band, tillsammans med Elephant’s Memory och särskilt inbjudna gästartister, framförde dessa numera legendariska och utsålda One To One-konserter inför en sammanlagd publik på 40 000 personer. Konserterna samlade in över 1,5 miljoner dollar (motsvarande cirka 11,5 miljoner dollar i dag) till förmån för barn med funktionsnedsättningar. Det var också de enda fullängdskonserter som John Lennon - tillsammans med Yoko Ono - genomförde efter att ha lämnat The Beatles.


Bland låtarna finns Lennons New York City, Instant Karma!, Imagine och Mother, samt Yoko Onos Don’t Worry Kyoko och Open Your Box. Dessutom bjuds publiken på kraftfulla tolkningar av Come Together och Hound Dog, samt extranumret Give Peace a Chance med gästartister som Stevie Wonder, Melanie och många fler.
