Open yoga class and pinic at Härlanda tjärn

Welcome to an open yoga class and picnic!

The idea is to have one hour of yoga and then maybe jump in the water or have a picnic.
⁉️Good to know

➡️ What should I bring?
-Your yoga mat
- Water or sth to drink, snacks for you or to share and sth to sit on for the picnic
- Bathing suit and towel if you want to swim
➡️ Where are we meeting?
The location is Härlanda tjärn.

➡️ Do I need to be experienced yogi?
No it's an open class. We will guide you through it and give you alternatives.
➡️ What does it cost. It's free and open but you can donate as much as you wish.
