During this weekend we explore relational presencing and embodiment practices. You get to experience powerful new ways of being together, that invite us to sense and notice what is really going on, in and between us, moment to moment. Bringing awareness to whatever emotions, sensations or thoughts arise may not be comfortable all the time, but it is often both enlightening and healing. Deep connection arises from being together in presence.

By sharing our experience in the moment, we drop into presence and connect deeper and more vulnerably. You never quite know what will come up and we surrender together to what arises from the particularities of each unique moment. What seems to always show up are experiences of connection, vulnerability and depth, personal insights and revelations. This is also an exploration of freedom and what we call self-leadership. You do not have to sit still. You do not have to talk. You do not have to listen. You are invited to follow whatever feels right for you in the moment, and then experience how that impacts your surroundings.

Through relational and embodiment practices we develop our sensitivity and empathy, build capacities to better understand our impulses and intuitions and learn to communicate our boundaries and longings more clearly. Perhaps you’ll get a taste of what matters most to you and have some experiences of synchronicity, collective intelligence or even psychedelic like experience.


WHAT IS SURRENDERED LEADERSHIP?
Navi and Marei will show up with their leadership during the weekend and lead the group into insightful presence. At the same time both of them surrender beyond their ideas or personal preferences for this event and listen to what feels right in the very moment.

This practice invites everyone in the group to surrender and lead themselves in any moment.



ABOUT THE EVENT

This event will be a deeper dive into circling and currendered leadership over two days. It is both suited for anyone trying circling for the first time and any experienced participant.

Saturday and Sunday 10.00 to 18.00 with breaks in between. Please bring food for yourself, or buy some nearby. There will be some snacks available. We meet at Soul Yoga in Gothenburg.

ABOUT US 

Our backgrounds are both in the field of sustainable change, neuroplastic rewiring, moving from the past and into a future and a life you want. Navi from Somatic Coaching, Embodiment and Movement, using the body and our internal experiential language as the entry. Mareike with her background as an integral psychotherapist intertwines the cognitive, spiritual and physical dimensions of our experience in order to move into healthy sustainable alignment and wholeness. Both of us facilitate we-spaces like circling, relatefulness, and collective insight practice. Combined we hold a large spectrum of awareness, including the ways that we practise being with the unknown. We have found over and over again that the potency of working with all those levels combined in a group is one of the most exciting.


We have both been trained extensively from circling schools. 

The term “Circling®️” is a registered trademark by the Circling Institute. 

Mareike Christensen is certified to lead the European Circling Approach, and is licensed by the International Circling Federation to use the term, in accordance with their guidelines.
