Bachata Body Movement Bootcamp – Open Level (2 Hours)
Join us for a 2-hour Body Movement Bootcamp designed for dancers of all levels! We’ll go into the essential elements that bring Bachata to life: hips- and arm movement, and full-body flow.
Hour 1 – Technique Focus:
We’ll begin by breaking down the fundamentals of hip and arm movements, exploring proper technique, body alignment, and coordination.
Hour 2 – Choreography Integration:
We’ll put everything into practice by incorporating our movements into a choreography. This sequence will help you connect technique with expression, showing you how to incorporate hip and arm styling naturally into your social dancing.
