Zum diesjährigen Stadtfest in Gotha wird es laut:
Das Gothaer Musiklabel House of Inkantation ruft zum Walpurgisreigen – der Metalnacht zum Gothardusfest.

20 Jahre kreative Arbeit im Underground, getragen von einer klaren Vision und einer konstanten Handschrift – dafür steht House of Inkantation - und bringt 2026 extreme Klänge zurück in die Residenzstadt, und macht damit die Vielfalt der regionalen Subkultur sichtbar.

Nach bekannten und ausverkauften Formaten wie Samhain Celebration, Herbst Equinox und Thüringer Rauhnacht folgt mit dem Walpurgisreigen ein neues Format und ein etwas anderer Auftakt zum diesjährigen Gothardusfest.

Gemeinsam mit der Marstall Eventlocation Gotha (Parkallee 1b, 99867 Gotha) entsteht ein Abend, der die Bandbreite der Thüringer Underground-Szene widerspiegelt. Drei regionale Extreme-Metal-Bands aus den Bereichen Black, Pagan und Doom Metal stehen für unterschiedliche Strömungen, musikalische Handschriften und Ausdrucksformen der heimischen Subkultur.

Der Walpurgisreigen versteht sich als Fest für die Szene – roh, authentisch und tief in der Region verwurzelt.
