The vision board allows us to translate passive thoughts into active reality, holding space for our goals and the version of ourselves we desire to become.When we take dedicated time to really think about who we want to be, our goals and what we want our lives to play out like, we take control of our life and of ourselves.In neuroscience, it is proven that when we write out our goals our brains process it differently and helps us action it by engaging the Reticular Activating System (RAS) this part of the brain filters information and focuses attention on what's important. This process also strengthens memory encoding making goals more likely to be remembered and acted upon.Writing goals out also clarifies intentions and builds a sense of accountability. Through creative exercises, printed pictures, lyrics or quotes and other materials, our subconscious mind absorbs the vision and our conscious mind is reminded of it daily supporting the evolving identity.With weekly workshops over 4 weeks to begin laying the groundwork for goals to be a priority in 2026, you will experience increased creative drive and developed artistic skills, as well as a support group message chat via Whatsapp, where participants can join, share inspiration and keep each other motivated.WEEK 1 : Welcome mapping, goal sharing and setting, creative exercises, self-reflectionWEEK2 : Craft VisioningWEEK 3 : Craft VisioningWEEK 4 - Finish and Display/CelebrationPLEASE NOTE : This is a 4-week programme where participants are committed to the dates presented.
