About the Role
As our Receptionist, you will be the first point of contact for families and visitors, providing a warm, welcoming presence both in person and over the phone. You’ll offer administrative support to our team of funeral arrangers and funeral directors, helping ensure the highest standards of service at all times.

Key Responsibilities
Answering and directing telephone calls in a calm and professional manner.
Welcoming visitors with warmth, sensitivity, and discretion
Providing administrative support, including data entry, filing, and document preparation
Assisting the team with day-to-day coordination and office tasks
Maintaining a tidy and respectful reception area

About You
Personality: Warm, calm, friendly, and confident
Attitude: Positive, team-oriented, and committed to delivering excellent customer service
Experience:
Reception experience ( preferred however not essential)
General administrative skills
Education: GCSE level or equivalent (preferred)

Working Hours
Monday to Thursday: 10:00am – 4:00pm
Friday: 10:00am – 3:00pm

Salary & Benefits
Pay: £13.50 per hour
Holiday: 20 days annual leave plus bank holidays
Pension: Company pension scheme
Support: Access to Bupa Employee Assistance Programe

If this role is for you come on down to our Gosport office on Saturday June 28th 2025 from 10:00 AM to 1:00 PM for an informal meet-and-greet with our team.  Following this, selected candidates will be invited for a formal interview.
