Gong, Crystal Bowls, Healing Pipes, Stardust Crystal Harp and much more. 

These sessions aim to bring you into a deep relaxed state where you can release stress and tension allowing your body, mind and soul to feel rejuvenated.
Immersed in soothing sounds and vibrations where you’ll be carried gently into a space of calmness and peace. 

Adults only and 16 yrs plus (youth to be accompanied by an adult)

What to bring: for your comfort 
A yoga mat/roll up sleeping bag
Blanket/cushion 
Drink of water

How to book: £15.00 pp ( non refundable unless I cancel) please check availability before booking.

Not suitable for those with:

Pace Makers 
Metal implants/plates/ball joints etc
Epilepsy 
First Trimester Pregnancy/History of miscarriages.
Very low blood pressure 
Severe or Clinical Mental Health Problems 

**unless their medical professional has given them advice and is allowed to attend. 

NOTE: Incense is used to cleanse & create sacred space. If you suffer from any severe health issues regarding breathing eg Asthma or other chest ailments please ensure you bring any necessary medications.
