WE MEET IN THE HALL*

International folk/circle dance class led by Janet Ayers for fun and fitness. Beginners welcome. 

This easy dance class will get you moving! 
We dance a mix of dances from international folk, circle dance and barn dance. The gentle exercise will improve your balance, coordination, core strength and above all it will lift your spirits! 

Bring soft/dance shoes or trainers. 
£8 cash on the door (or pay direct in advance) 
Includes tea, coffee & cake!

*LIMITED PARKING ON SITE
No restrictions for parking on Albert Road on a Sunday.
Local roads restrictions start at 5pm, so okay for class times.
