1️⃣ AXLE DEADLIFT LADDER (60s)
4 bars — fastest time wins.
❌ No suits
✔️ Any straps
⚠️ Drop = repeat the rep
⚠️ Wait for DOWN command
Beginners: 120 / 140 / 160 / 180kg
Novice: 160 / 180 / 200 / 220kg
Inters: 200 / 220 / 240 / 260kg
2️⃣ AXLE CLEAN & PRESS — MAX
Rising bar until we have a winner.
Athletes may skip lifts, but have 30 seconds to complete each attempt.
✔️ Chalk
✔️ Grip tops
✔️ Belt cleans
✔️ Any sleeves allowed
Start Weights:
• Beginners: 60kg
• Novice: 80kg
• Inters: 100kg
3️⃣ SANDBAG OVER YOKE / SANDBALL TO SHOULDER (60s)
Mix & match for max points!
🏋️ Sandbag over 4ft yoke = 1 point
💥 Sandball to shoulder = 3 points
Weights:
• Beginners: 75kg (SOY) / 80kg (STS)
• Novice: 90kg (SOY) / 100kg (STS)
• Inters: 100kg (SOY) / 120kg (STS)
4️⃣ YOKE FOR MAX DISTANCE (60s)
10m down → drop → 10m back.
🔹 Only full 10m lengths count
🔹 Any drop inside a 10m section ends the run
Weights:
• Beginners: 200kg
• Novice: 250kg
• Inters: 300kg

• Spectators
🚫 No tickets will be sold on the door.
🚫 No ticket = no entry.
To keep the venue within safe capacity, there is a limit of 3 spectator tickets per athlete.
Please plan ahead — once tickets are gone, they’re gone.
Our last few competitions were extremely busy and went over capacity, so these limits are essential for safety and smooth running of the event.
