Teacher Bio:

New York City native, Broadway veteran, and longtime yoga practitioner.

Trained in Los Angeles with Bikram Choudhury, and became certified in the Bikram yoga method after completing the teacher training with Choudhury in 2007.

Opened Bikram Yoga East Harlem in 2008 to bring the practice to her local community.

The studio was later recognized among the top hot yoga studios in the U.S.

More than two decades of experience practicing and teaching yoga, drawing on a deep understanding of the body and alignment developed through a lifelong dance career.
