Sourdough 1: Sourdough Baking for Beginners

Learn the art of sourdough bread baking in this hands-on 2 hour beginner class! Mix your own artisan loaf (ingredients provided), discover the secrets of fermentation, proofing, shaping and baking. You’ll go home with a loaf that will be ready to bake the next day as well as 15 grams of fresh sourdough starter to keep baking at home. All participants should bring a bowl.
