Herbal Learning Ailments - Mental Health

Mental health includes our emotional, psychological, and social well-being, its a state of well-being that enables us to cope with the stresses of life, realize our abilities, learn well, work well, contribute to our community and to our purpose. There are many risk factors and even more conditions or disorders. Understanding the root cause can help us determine if herbs can help in our situation.

In this class we will discuss the risk factors, mental health conditions that include depression, ADHD, trauma, anxiety, eating disorders, OCD, and substance abuse. While there are many more, these are seven that we will focus on. You will be able to make your own custom tisane, tincture, bitter or oxymel.
