We'll also make focaccia and learn about working with higher-hydration doughs. Then we'll finish with sweet cinnamon buns to round off your baking day.There'll be lots of hands-on time making your own doughs, with expert help on hand from our senior bakers with tips, tricks and techniques. We'll make and enjoy a pizza lunch together.You'll head home with some of our 13-year-old sourdough starter, a pack of recipes and the confidence to bring sourdough baking into your day-to-day.Whether you're a beginner or a seasoned baker, this course is perfect for anyone looking to elevate their baking skills. There'll be loads of time for questions, and a small class size will let everyone get fully stuck into making. Don't miss out on this opportunity to learn from the best.
