The Australian Classic 2026

To all of our WCS dance friends and family, students , teachers Judges and staff,

It is with the most sincere of regret that I need to inform you all that The Australian Classic “TAC 2026” will not be going ahead.

As I am sure you can all understand this has been one of the hardest decisions we have had to make knowing how disappointed so many of you will be as a result.

Our ticket sales for the event are simply not where they need to be and financially it is not feasible to move forward. The standard , quality and integrity of the event would undoubtedly be compromised if we were to continue. We have made this difficult decision now when we are still in a position to refund all ticket holders in full. If you have purchased a pass you will receive an email and full refund shortly.

Thank you all for your understanding, your love and support over the years has enabled the dream of the event to become a reality. The last two years have been an extraordinary adventure and have given me some of my most treasured memories. As the community continues to grow I have hope that the heart and soul of the event will continue.

The belief that time is the greatest gift we can all give each other, I treasure every moment we get to spend together on and off the dance floor and I look forward to a time when we can do this once again.
