We are presenting to you the third edition of the Brda&Collio Wine Festival , the likes of which have never been seen in Slovenia and its wider surroundings. The Brda&Collio Wine Festival itself will be attended by 50+ wine houses, both from the Goriška Brda wine region ( Ščurek, Marjan Simčič, Bregar, Medot...) as well as wine houses from the Collio wine region ( La Rajade, Due del Monte, Draga Winery, Tenuta Stella, Castello di Spessa...).
In addition to the wine houses themselves, there will also be various culinary providers with an emphasis on boutique cheesemaker, and of course restaurants which will cater your taste buds.
The event will take place at Vila Vipolže on 11.10.2025 at 14.00h till 20.30h, followed by a party at Vila Vipolže with DJ Adriano Roj.
The entrance fee to the event includes a wine glass, all wine tastings, and tastings from culinary producers (boutique cheesemakers, jams, etc.). Every hour, one of the participating restaurants will host a "cooking show", where they will give a short presentation and offer visitors the chance to taste their creations. During the event, restaurants will offer a variety of food available for purchase directly in the food area..

Vabljeni na tretjo edicijo vinskega festivala Brda&Collio. Na samem dogodku Brda&Collio Wine Festival bo sodelovalo približno 50+ vinskih hiš, tako iz Goriških Brd ( Ščurek, Marjan Simčič, Bregar, Medot...) kot tudi vinske hiše iz Collio-ta ( La Rajade, Due del Monte, Draga Winery, Tenuta Stella, Castello di Spessa...) .
Poleg samih vinskih hiš se bodo predstavljali tudi različni kulinarični ponudniki, s poudarkom na butičnih sirarjih, ter seveda restavracije, ki bodo poskrbele za Vaše brbončice.
Dogodek bo potekal v Vili Vipolže, 11.10.2025 ob 14.00h do 20.30h, po samem dogodku pa sledi še zabava v Vili Vipolže z DJ Adriano Roj.
Vstopnina na dogodek vključuje vinski kozarec, vse vinske degustacije in degustacije kulinaričnih ponudnikov ( butični sirarji, marmelade...), vsako uro pa bo ena izmed sodelujočih restavracij imela "cooking show", kjer bodo sodelujoče restavracije imele kratko predstavitev ter obenem boste lahko poskusili njihove mojstrovine. Med samim dogodkom bodo restavracije ponujale raznoliko hrano, ki bo na voljo za nakup neposredno v "food area".

All'evento Brda&Collio Wine Festival parteciperanno circa 50+ case vinicole, sia della regione di Goriška Brda ( Ščurek, Marjan Simčič, Bregar, Medot...) e le case vinicole del Collio ( La Rajade, Due del Monte, Draga Winery, Tenuta Stella, Castello di Spessa...).
Oltre alle case vinicole stesse, saranno presenti anche diversi fornitori di prodotti culinari, con particolare attenzione ai produttori di formaggi artigianali, e naturalmente ristoranti, che soddisferanno i vostri palati.
L'evento si terrà a Villa Vipolže l' 11.10.2025 dalle 14.00h alle 20.30h, seguito da una festa a Villa Vipolže con il DJ Adriano Roj.
Il prezzo d'ingresso all'evento include un bicchiere da vino, tutte le degustazioni di vini e le degustazioni dei produttori gastronomici (formaggi artigianali, marmellate...). Ogni ora, uno dei ristoranti partecipanti terrà uno "show cooking", durante il quale i ristoranti presenteranno brevemente le loro specialità e i visitatori potranno assaggiare le loro creazioni. Durante l'evento, i ristoranti offriranno una varietà di cibi che saranno disponibili per l'acquisto direttamente nell'area gastronomica.
