This morning workshop offers you a space to soothe and switch off.
Designed to relax body and mind by blending the calming and strengthening power of mindful movement through Pilates with meditation and mindset tips to support you in navigating menopause with ease.
This event aims to help you find a space of inner peace, connection and support and be supported and soothed on your menopause journey with like-minded women.
Peace and Pilates is a monthly relaxation and movement experience to restore a sense of peace to mind and body, and nurture your spirit away from your troubles, whatever your body is feeling like!
You've heard of yoga and meditation, Liisa and Judy bring a fresh alternative: Peace and Pilates.
This event is all about supporting yourself through menopause and peri-menopause and finding a place of inner peace while moving your body gently - yet effectively.
Whether you are new to meditation or pilates or an expert, this session has something for all to soothe away worries with movement and meditation and playful mindset activities.
Liisa has particular skill in supporting women recovering from injury to rediscover strength and help you to find ways to ease pain. Liisa will tailor each movement piece to your ability to gently stretch and awaken you from overthinking. Enjoy this peace to stretch, breathe, and unwind together!
Judy uses her skills in meditation, reiki and energy healing to help you find a space of peace in the busy-ness of your mind.
Together this session aims to help you find an inner power and an inner peace - you perhaps didn't realise was waiting for you!
