A gentle yet powerful morning designed to open, warm and awaken the heart.

Lauren will start with some beautiful grounding, heart opening practices of breathwork and yoga to help release heaviness, expand the chest, and invite softness back into the body.

Shauna will the follow on with a guided heart based ritual followed by a sound bath to supporting release, connection and deep inner expansion.

This space is for anyone feeling the pull to open, to soften, to feel more deeply, or simply to reconnect with themselves.
