Is your child starting secondary school this September?

For many children, this exciting milestone also brings worries about:

• New teachers and routines
• Feeling confident in a new environment

This small-group programme has been specially designed to help 6th Class students develop the confidence, resilience and coping skills they need to make a positive start to secondary school.

Throughout the programme, students will learn practical strategies to:

✨ Manage worries and anxiety
✨ Build confidence and self-belief
✨ Develop friendship and communication skills
✨ Strengthen resilience
✨ Feel calm and prepared for their first day

The programme combines practical CBT-based techniques, confidence-building activities and guided relaxation exercises in a warm, supportive environment.
