- **Event Description**: Join Lauren from LK YOGA for Yoga Nidra, an ancient  guided meditation practice which leads to the deepest state of relaxation & renewal.

Autumn is the season where we begin to wind down, our pace should be slower & we need to allow ourselves to go inward. 
Yoga Nidra or Yogic Sleep is the perfect opportunity to practice just that.

We will make ourselves a ‘rest nest’, using blankets, cushions, bolsters & yoga blocks to support our bodies so we can allow the body to deeply rest.

Candlelight, cosyness & gentle music will fill the lovely Olive Room as you switch off from everyday life and allow any tension or stress to melt away.

This is suitable for all people age 18+.
If you can’t lie down on the floor then you can sit in a comfortable chair or lie on the sofa.

No prior experience of meditation is necessary.
