Panto Ticket Terms & Conditions



Non-Refundable

All tickets purchased for the Panto are strictly non-refundable. Once purchased, tickets cannot be exchanged for cash or credit.



No Changes or Transfers

Tickets cannot be amended, transferred, or exchanged for an alternative date, time, or performance. Please ensure you select the correct date and number of tickets at the time of purchase.



Admission

Entry is only permitted with a valid ticket. Tickets must be presented at the entrance, either printed or on a mobile device.



Behaviour & Safety

Guests are expected to behave responsibly during the performance. Management reserves the right to refuse entry or remove anyone causing a disturbance.



Force Majeure

In the event of circumstances beyond the control of the organisers, including but not limited to extreme weather, technical issues, or public health concerns, the organisers reserve the right to alter or cancel performances without liability.
