It’s the second last Community Day and another chance to hit the pavement together! We’re back at it with a 9:30 AM start – perfect for anyone keen to break up their workday or soak up some mid-morning sun.

📍 SIP Coffee Shop, Goondiwindi Boat Ramp
🕤 9:30 AM Start

☕️ We’ll kick things off from SIP by Sculpt Coffee Shop with two 10.5km loops, but don’t stress – you can run, walk, or just cruise as much or as little as you like. The first stretch from Sip to the Botanicals is a nice 6km if you’re after a shorter spin.

If you’re part of a local business, why not close up for a couple of hours and turn this into a team event?

Or, if you’ve got the day off, come down, clear your head, and soak up the good vibes.

Whatever your pace, every step helps spark the conversation around rural men’s mental health.
