It’s SML Salsa & Dance Company’s very FIRST Anniversary and we want YOU to come celebrate with us 💃🏼🪩 Open to all: beginners, first-timers, seasoned social dancers, and pros!
Our most centrally located venue: being a short 10 minute drive from SML, a 35 minute drive from Roanoke/Bedford/Rocky Mount, a 45-50 minute drive from Lynchburg, and within an hour or so of Blacksburg, Christiansburg, etc… we want all of you to come celebrate with us!!

7:30 Beginner Dance Lesson
8:00pm Social Dancing Begins 🕺
🎶 Music:
Because of our large varying demographic, we will play a large mix of dance music so that everyone is sure to hear a song they know and love. We will play everything from Salsa & Bachata (Traditional and Sensual) to Cha Cha, Merengue, Kizomba, and Zouk. We also will have a healthy number of fun English covers, so come ready to dance and learn a step or two 🎵
Cover: $10 at the door. $5 for active February-enrolled SML Dance Students.
Draft beer, wine, flatbreads, and snacks available for purchase, as well as non-alcoholic beverages.
Additionally- our Early Bird Discount for a pass to our May Dance LakeFest event ends Feb. 14th, but for this day only (to celebrate our anniversary) we will be offering the Pass at the Early Bird Discounted rate when purchased at the event.
