The City of Goodlettsville is excited to launch a new community branding initiative, an effort to more clearly define and share what makes Goodlettsville such a special place to live, work, and visit.  This project marks an important step in shaping how the city presents itself to residents, visitors, and future investors.

To guide this effort, the City is partnering with Chandlerthinks, a national firm that specializes in helping communities uncover and express their authentic story.  Working closely with local leaders and residents, the project will focus on developing a unified and genuine brand that reflects community pride, supports economic growth, attracts new investment, and celebrates Goodlettsville’s distinctive character and heritage.

The branding process will include meetings with key stakeholders, focus groups, and a public Listening and Learning Workshop, as well as research and evaluation to inform the development of Goodlettsville’s story and a comprehensive branding action plan.

“Our goal is to listen to the people who know Goodlettsville best, its residents, business owners, and community partners, and use that feedback to shape a cohesive and meaningful brand story for the future,” said Steve Chandler, Owner of Chandlerthinks, LLC.

The City invites all residents, community leaders, business owners, and tourism partners to attend the Public Listening and Learning Workshop on Tuesday, November 18, from 6:30 to 8:00 p.m. at Goodlettsville City Hall.

As a thank you for participating, each attendee will be entered into a drawing for the chance to win their choice of one of the following prizes:

One (1) free shelter rental up to four hours at a Goodlettsville Park
One (1) free room rental up to four hours at Delmas Long Community Center
One (1) free 12-month individual membership to Delmas Long Community Center

This initiative is about celebrating who we are today while looking ahead to who we want to become. Together, we’ll create a shared vision and identity that reflects the pride and promise of Goodlettsville.
