Max Meditation™️ is a guided meditation to relax your nervous system & Sound Healing uses frequencies/vibration to encourage the body's own healing abilities.   

Relax, sit back on the couch, yoga mat or comfortable chairs all provided for you along with eye covers to take home. Nothing to bring but your water & an open mind.  

Experience the deeply relaxing practice of Max Meditation™️, guided by Paula Shreve of The Sacred Center, accompanied by an immersive Sound Healing Journey led by Victoria Redler of the Massage Guru. Crystal bowls, chimes, gong, tuning forks will all allow the frequencies/vibrations to affect your cells, nervous system & all your systems to slow down.
 
Victoria Redler LMT, is a Licensed massage therapist, Usui Reiki Master, Certified Sound Healer, Quantum Healer QHHT Facilitator. She offers healing to her clients on all levels mind, body & soul.  Through different modalities she has created a healing environment for all. Offering her services for the past 25 years in Louisiana & looks forward to facilitating your healing.  

Paula Shreve is the founder of The Sacred Center, a Max Meditation™ Instructor, Life Activation Practitioner, and Ritual Master. An initiate in the lineage of King Solomon through the Modern Mystery School, she blends ancient teachings with meditation, breathwork, and energy healing to help others quiet the mind, find greater clarity, and reconnect with inner balance and peace.
