Three years.
Today marks exactly three years since our soft opening, and our hearts are overflowing with gratitude. They say the restaurant industry isn’t for the faint of heart — and after three years of long hours, surprises, and more “character-building moments” than we can count, we can confirm… they were right. But we made it, and we’d choose this community to do it with every single time.
These past three years have been an incredible journey. We’ve had the honor of sharing so many meaningful moments with you — birthdays, anniversaries, graduations, school dances, and even moments of loss. Through celebrations and challenges, you’ve invited us to be part of your lives, and that means everything to us.
The restaurant world is tough, but your support has made all the difference. Thanks to you, we’ve not only survived — we’ve thrived. You’ve helped us earn the title in Best of the Gorge Voted Best in Restaurant for the past three years, along with several other awards we never dreamed of achieving.
So to celebrate making it through another year (with our sanity mostly intact), we’re treating you to something sweet:
