Bodegas Volver was founded in 2004 by fourth generation winemaker, Rafa Canizares, who was instrumental in the Spanish wine boom of the 1990s. Today, he produces wine under different labels from a variety of DOs. He is passing his winemaking philosophy of diversity, uniqueness and tradition while focusing on quality fruit and minimal intervention to the next generation of the family. Upon arrival, guests will be presented with welcome drinks and stationed appetizers. Once the program starts, you will be treated to three (3) expressions of the winery’s finest varietals, thoughtfully accompanied by a delicious array of tapas-plates created by Executive Chef Chris Zekos and the Buffalo Rose’s culinary team. After three main pairings, guests will be treated to a final special dessert pairing. This is an unforgettable experience for both wine connoisseurs and those new to oenophilia. A seasoned sommelier will guide you through tastings of several exclusive labels while Chef Chris guides you through a tantalizing selection of perfectly paired gourmet bites.
