The route features approximately 350–450 feet of elevation gain depending on the chosen route. This ride is designed for intermediate cyclists on established trails. A bike safety review and equipment check will be conducted before departure. Required gear includes a properly fitting helmet and a bike in good working condition. Participants are encouraged to bring water, snacks, sunscreen, and bike lights. Open to families and all levels of experience.Activity 2 — Group HikeParticipants will complete a 5 miles hike at South Table Mountain, Golden, Colorado, on established trails with approximately 350–450 feet of elevation gain. The hike is suitable for families and all fitness levels. Participants are encouraged to wear sturdy footwear and bring water, snacks, and sunscreen. Terrain includes dirt trails and uneven surfaces.Activity 3 — Group RunParticipants will complete a 10 miles run on established trails at South Table Mountain, Golden, Colorado. Terrain includes dirt trails with moderate elevation. Open to all experience levels.
