The New Moon is a pause point: A moment to turn inward before the next cycle begins.This New Moon Tea Ceremony is an invitation to slow down, settle your body, and reconnect with your inner landscape through mindful tea drinking, gentle sound elements, and intentional journaling.We’ll gather in a calm, supportive space to sip homemade herbal tea, experience grounding sound, and reflect through guided journaling prompts that support release, clarity, and intention-setting. Rather than forcing goals or outcomes, this ceremony encourages listening—allowing what’s ready to be cultivated to arise organically from the body and heart.This experience is especially supportive if you’re feeling overstimulated, emotionally full, or craving a quiet reset.Come as you are. Nothing to fix. Nothing to perform. Just space to soften and begin again.

You will need:
A high quality yoga mat. (studio mat rentals are $5)
Water (we have a water refill station in studio)
Blocks, straps, bolsters and blankets are available for you to use at no additional charge

We totally understand that things come up! If you’re unable to attend, please cancel at least an hour in advance through your Momence app. If you don’t cancel ahead of time your drop-in or class credit will be forfeited.
