Meet your guide - Taylor
Taylor has been big game hunting in Colorado for 15 years. She’s successfully harvested deer, elk, and pronghorn and guides Uncharted’s Elk camp in the fall. She loves sharing her knowledge and helping people fill their freezers with delicious, ethically harvested food!

Itinerary:
This class will cover all the basics in a classroom style format including:

Huntable big game species in CO
Basics of how to get a hunting tag/license
Rules and regulations
Gear - including general gear and clothing systems
Hunting fitness
Scouting techniques 
Glassing techniques
Making a stalk
Shooting positions (with a rifle)
Shot placement 
Field dressing 
Location & Perks

We’ll be hosting the class at 1Shot Gear. They are also providing a special discount at the shop after the class, just for attendees! If you’re missing any gear, this is the perfect time to grab that piece. Taylor will also send out her curated list of gear to attendees a few days prior to the class!

One of the best parts about classes like this is the opportunity to meet community. Come learn some things, get geared up, make a friend, and then put your knowledge and gear to the test!
