Many good educators are leaving the profession due to hopelessness and helplessness.Course DescriptionThis two-day seminar, based on more than 50 years of combined experience in the field of education, is not your typical lecture. It's a dynamic and interactive learning experience that will equip educators with a better understanding of children who have suffered from disruptive attachment, trauma, and entitlement. Participants will learn about establishing healthy boundaries and building healthy relationships with students. As the educator develops skills and confidence in working with challenging students, they'll feel more joy and success in their role. This leads to a deeper connection between the educator and student, enhancing the student's emotional and academic growth and bringing hope back into the field of education.
