Explore how the Five Elements shape your thoughts and emotions, play with the wisdom of Tamas, Rajas, and Sattva, and gain insight into your own mental patterns.

Along the way, you’ll explore Ayurvedic herbology, learning how herbs and spices carry elemental intelligence and can be used to restore balance. Through simple rituals, guided reflection, breath, and hands-on exploration, you’ll discover practical, nourishing ways to work with the elements. Less lecture, more experience—come curious and leave grounded, energized, and inspired.
