Students will practise in the ring, learn how tournaments work and receive personalised feedback based on the requirements of their age and division. Sessions will cover both Kata and Kumite, with the option to spend extra time on a preferred event.

WHITE - ORANGE BELT : 11:45am - 1:00pm 
GREEN - RED BELT : 1:15pm - 2:30pm 
BROWN BELT+ : 2:30pm - 4:00pm

• $10pp or $30 per family 
• Direct debit and PTF does not apply
• Sparring equipment required for those doing Kumite
