A little similar to a Yoga Nidra session: which means no movement but deep rest. This sessions will allow you you to go deeper between Meditative and sleep state with awareness. This practice will cultivate a stronger divine connection, which will cleanse energy bodies and aura. Powerful grounding occurs.

This NEW Deep Rest Guided Healing Meditation Class is truly quite magical. I Channel a very calming and peaceful journey. You will experience a powerful group consciousness field of love and light with Themes that change from week to week, including Sound instruments - Crystal & Tibetan bowls, Drumming, plus powerful high vibrational music & Heart songs that is very healing in their frequencies.
