If you do not know Martin. He founded Training For Warriors, which has run in hundreds of facilities across more than 25 countries. He has coached athletes from the NFL, MLB, UFC, NBA and WNBA, plus Olympic medallists and world champions. He has worked with the New York Giants, the Army Rangers and the Navy SEALs, and with Nike and Marriott. He has been named one of the 100 Most Influential People in Health and Fitness and is in the Personal Trainer Hall of Fame. He has taught coaches in more than 40 countries.

He is also the author of Coach to Coach and High Ten.

What the day covers.

Part 1 is Coaching. How to build connection, communicate in a way that actually moves people, create trust, lift the energy in a session, and stop making the small mistakes that cost you members. Getting more out of people without shouting louder.

Part 2 is Culture. Martin's High Ten model and the three B's. The people you hire and keep. The beliefs you actually operate by. The behaviours you permit. Because culture is not what is written on your wall. It is what happens inside your walls.

This is not a presentation. You will not sit still for five hours while someone talks at you. It is interactive, it is practical, it is a course, and you leave with your own Coaching and Culture Action Plan.
